At our plant shop, we take great care in ensuring that your plants are delivered safely and in the best possible condition. Our shipping policy is designed to provide you with a seamless and satisfactory experience.

  1. Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping for most plant orders within the contiguous United States. Shipping methods may vary depending on the size, weight, and type of plants you order. We do not currently offer international shipping.

  2. Packaging: We take extra precautions to package our plants carefully to protect them during transit. We use specialized packaging materials, such as plant-friendly packaging and insulation, to minimize the risk of damage or stress to your plants.

  3. Shipping Schedule: We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. However, please note that plant availability and weather conditions may affect our shipping schedule. We typically ship plants on Mondays to minimize transit time over weekends and ensure that your plants arrive in optimal condition.

  4. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of your order, as well as the shipping destination. The shipping cost will be displayed during the checkout process, and you will have the option to choose the shipping method that best meets your needs.

  5. Delivery Time: The estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method selected and the destination of the order. Generally, you can expect your plants to arrive within 3-7 business days after shipping. Please note that unexpected delays, such as extreme weather conditions or carrier delays, may occur, which are beyond our control.

  6. Plant Health Guarantee: We take pride in the health and quality of our plants. If your plants arrive damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will work with you to resolve the issue. 

  7. Care Instructions: Each plant comes with care instructions to help you provide the best care for your new addition. Please read and follow the care instructions carefully to ensure the health and longevity of your plants.

Return & Exchange Policy

In-store purchases are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

However, if you have placed an online order and your plants are damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will be happy to assist you with a refund or replacement.
